4th Street Live! - Louisville, KY

Fourth Street Live! is a $75 million redevelopment (in partnership with the City of Louisville and the State of Kentucky) of an antiquated enclosed mall into a vibrant, open-air entertainment district. It is located in the heart of downtown Louisville across from the Convention Center, and it serves as the anchor of a six block entertainment district.

CED created the Tower of Power for Fourth Street Live! which consists of multiple plasma and LCD displays mounted in weatherproof, ventilated, and heated housings. Each monitor can display one of three video sources. The Tower of Power also includes a small local audio system to allow low to moderate level audio to be played.

Other systems put in place by CED at Fourth Street Live! included an outdoor audio system that consists of eight zones, a food court audio/video system that includes eight plasma screens and local audio, and an AMX master control system with user interface.
